To update information on a sample series, you can edit the sample series. Open the sample series information sheet and click Edit.




Add or update the sample fields and click Save and Close.




When editing a samples series, all samples within the series will simultaneously be updated with the new information. Note: because each sample in a sample series can have a different name, you cannot change the name of the samples when updating the series. To update the names of individual samples within a series, use either the Edit button on each sample's individual information sheet or the bulk update function.
